The half beef box gives you approximately 160 pounds of packaged beef for $1550 which includes free local delivery. You can expect your standard cuts of steaks 20% of total package weight roasts/misc 35% of total package weight and ground beef 45% of total package weight. The usual cuts may include NY Strips, Tenderloins, Ribeyes, Sirloins, Chuck Roast, Arm Roast, Brisket and ground beef. Please plan on having at least 7-10 cubic feet of freezer space when purchasing a half beef box. Approximately the size of 4 standard cardboard apple boxes.
